- Governemnt forces seized a Taliban prison in Shakh village of the Qaisar district, Faryab province. 84 people were there. At least 4 ISIS members were already identified among them;
- A woman was killed and 4 her kids were wounded when an ISIS rocket hit their house in the Achin district, Nangarhar province;
- According to the UN, around 13 million people are suffering from the lack of food in the country.
