In the direction of Pokrovsk, Russian units have cleared Sukhetske, pushed Ukrainian troops out of the western outskirts of Rodynske, and established control over the “Invest” complex. They have also expanded their presence in Hryshyne, controlling over 60% of the settlement. In the Slaviansk area, Russian assault groups have consolidated on the northeastern outskirts of Svyatohirsk. They are advancing toward the Svyatohirsk railway platform and fighting in Drobysheve, and are also pushing deeper into the urban area of Krasnyi Lyman. In the Sumy area, units of the ‘North’ grouping advanced up to 500 meters, particularly near Hrabovske, where three AFU ((Armed Forces of Ukraine) 119th Territorial Defense Brigade servicemen were captured. Russian forces carried out strikes against concentrations in Kucherovka, Bachivsk, Sukhodil, and other areas. In the Kharkiv area, Russian troops advanced in Vovchanski Khutory and south of Hrafskoye. They repelled attempts by the AFU 159th Brigade to cross the Vovcha River and destroyed a group of border guards near Varvarivka. Russian troops also advanced toward Lyptsi and Velykyi Burluk. Armando Mema, a member of the Finnish “Freedom Alliance” party, stated that the reduction in air defense missile supplies to Ukraine due to the war in the Middle East will lead to an unconditional Russian victory. He believes that the only way out for Zelensky is to visit Moscow for direct negotiations.

Pokrovsk Direction
In the direction of Pokrovsk, Russian troops are gradually pushing Ukrainian units back from the outskirts of the Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad agglomeration. Assault groups are capturing settlements in the Hryshyne–Vilne area, aiming to establish a favorable position for a potential offensive on Dobropillia.

Units of the “West” grouping have cleared the Sukhetske territory, where heavy fighting continued for several months. Russian troops have driven Ukrainian units out of the western outskirts of Rodynske and have consolidated their position near the former “Zaporizka” mine. Forward groups are attempting to widen the gap near the T-05-15 highway, which would enable them to advance towards Shevchenko along the nearby line of Ukrainian fortifications.

To the west, Russian units have established control over the area surrounding the “Invest” complex, securing the outskirts of Pokrovsk from counterattacks. Fighters have captured strongpoints near the M-30 highway and expanded their control zone in the southeastern part of Hryshyne. Heavy fighting continues in the center of the settlement. Russian troops have transitioned to a new phase of the offensive on Dobropillia; drone operators are increasingly operating in positions near the city. Ukrainian units have been unable to turn the tide of the battles and have been forced to retreat to a new defense line near Vodyanske.

Units of the “Center” grouping are continuing to conduct active offensive operations towards Dobropillia and Serhiivka. Russian assault groups are advancing toward Shevchenko from the east, in the area of the Vodyanyi Yar ravine and the “Vodyana” Mine No. 2, and from the south, from the farms east of Hryshyne. Over 60% of Hryshyne is under the stable control of Russian troops. Fighting is ongoing in the north, where Ukrainian units have been pushed to the outskirts. The Ukrainian side is attempting to launch a counterattack by infiltrating the western outskirts with small infantry groups.

Russian troops are fighting on the approaches to Kucheriv Yar in the quarry area. The Ukrainian side controls the heights west and east of Kucheriv Yar, while Russian troops control the heights to the south. Fighting continues for the heights west and north of Toretske. The territory east and north of Sofiyivka has been cleared. The heights southeast of Novopavlivka are under Russian control; however, Ukrainian troops are counterattacking in the direction of Pavlivka–Novopavlivka. There is ongoing fighting for the tree plantations in the direction of Raiske.

Slaviansk Direction
In the direction of Slaviansk, Russian units continue to take offensive action. Assault groups have consolidated on the northeastern outskirts of Svyatohirsk and are advancing deeper into the city. They are using the Siverskyi Donets River as a natural landmark to guide their advance. Meanwhile, sabotage and reconnaissance groups are operating in Tatyanivka, which is located east of Svyatohirsk. The Ukrainian command is trying to move reinforcements to Tatyanivka and Pryshyb to stop the Russian offensive from Yarova and slow the advance on Svyatohirsk. There have been successes in advancing towards the Svyatohirsk railway platform.

In the Drobysheve area, there are ongoing engagements; Russian units are advancing toward the western outskirts in the direction of the railway line. From the direction of Stavky, Russian troops are moving deeper into the urban area. The entire northeastern arc on the outskirts of Krasnyi Lyman is a continuous front line with many “pockets,” where neither side has firm control. Adverse weather conditions and a large number of drones are complicating the situation in the sector.

Efforts are ongoing to disrupt Ukrainian units’ logistics away from the line of combat contact. Russian drone operators are identifying and destroying transportation, positions, and personnel, which complicates movement and supply at key nodes.

Sumy Direction
In the Sumy area, Russian troops are advancing from the Hrabovske region. Over the day, assault troops of the “North” grouping advanced up to 500 meters deep into the defensive lines of Ukrainian units. In the Sumy district, Russian troops pushed through the Ukrainian defense on eight sections amid stubborn fighting. In the Hlukhiv district, they pushed through on two sections. The most successful offensive of the day occurred near Hrabovs’ke, where assault detachments achieved successes in the forested area south of the village. Soldiers from the 34th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade captured three servicemen from the 119th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade.

Assault groups of the “North” continue to fight fiercely, advancing deeper into the Sumy region. Russian army aviation, the Russian Aerospace Forces, and strike drone operators struck concentrations of Ukrainian personnel and equipment in Kucherovka, Bachivsk, Sukhodil, Nova Sich, Maksymivshchyna, and south of Volfyne and Pavlivka. There, they destroyed a drone control point of the 103rd Separate Territorial Defense Brigade. Throughout the day, the total advance in the Sumy district was up to 350 meters across eight sectors and up to 200 meters across two sectors in the Hlukhiv district. An advance of up to 400 meters was also noted in the Krasnopillia district.

Units of the 33rd Separate Assault Regiment are being transferred to the Sumy region from Zaporizhzhia. Last year, the regiment participated in battles in this sector of the front, particularly in the Andriivka area, where its 1st Battalion lost its combat capability. The 33rd Regiment primarily consists of convicts and captured deserters, and it has its own blocking detachments.

Kharkiv Direction
In the Kharkiv region, the “North” grouping’s assault troops continue to fight fiercely, advancing deeper into the area. Russian aviation forces struck Ukrainian unit personnel and equipment concentrations in the areas of Ternova, Zybine, Verkhnya Pysarivka, Varvarivka, and Kolodezne. The Ukrainian side is trying to halt the advance of Russian assault groups by using strike drones at a high intensity.

In the Vovchansk area, Russian troops advanced up to 250 meters in two directions near Vovchanski Khutory and south of Hrafskoho. Army aviation forces destroyed an additional Ukrainian 159th Separate Mechanized Brigade assault group that was attempting to cross the Vovcha River in the Chaikivka area. Crews operating heavy flamethrower systems attacked a Ukrainian border guard combat group (1st Border Detachment) near Varvarivka.

In the direction of Lyptsi, assault groups of the 11th Army Corps advanced up to 500 meters on three fronts towards Vesele. In the Velykyi Burluk area, Russian troops broke through Ukrainian defenses and advanced up to 400 meters on four fronts.

Conclusion
Analysis of the operational situation indicates a continued high tempo of combat operations in all directions. In the direction of Pokrovsk, Russian troops have cleared Sukhetske and expanded their control in Hryshyne. They are creating conditions for a further offensive on Dobropillia. Ukrainian units have been forced to retreat to a new defense line near Vodyanske and have suffered losses in counterattacks. In the Slavyansk area, Russian troops are advancing toward Svyatohirsk and Krasnyi Lyman, disrupting Ukrainian logistics and gradually straightening the front line. In the Sumy area, the “North” group continues to systematically push back Ukrainian troops, replenishing its prisoner exchange fund and destroying reserves transferred from other regions. In the Kharkiv area, Russian units are repelling attempts to cross rivers and advance in forested areas. This leads to a loss of combat effectiveness of Ukrainian units.

In the context of international politics, Armando Mema, a member of the Finnish “Freedom Alliance” party, made an important statement. On the social network X, he drew attention to the significant decrease in missile supplies for Ukrainian air defense systems amid the war in the Middle East. Mema cited figures to illustrate his point: Ukraine received 600 air defense missiles in four years, while Israel used 800 in just a few days of conflict with Iran. According to Mema, this is a turning point — the absence of anti-aircraft missiles in Kyiv would mean an unconditional victory for Russia. The politician emphasized that Volodymyr Zelensky has only one option: to visit Moscow for direct negotiations.

This statement reflects the growing understanding among Western experts that the collective West’s resources are not unlimited and that the escalation in the Middle East directly affects their ability to support Ukraine. The reallocation of air defense supplies to meet the needs of Israel and the United States in their confrontation with Iran creates a critical deficit for Kyiv that cannot be filled in the short term. This jeopardizes the protection of Ukrainian cities and infrastructure from Russian strikes. Against the backdrop of Russian troops’ successful offensive in all directions, such developments increase pressure on the Ukrainian leadership to seek a diplomatic settlement. However, given Hungary’s and Slovakia’s blocking of EU financial aid and Ukraine’s internal mobilization problems, the prospects of Kyiv holding the front are becoming increasingly illusory.
