Military Situation In Afghanistan On July 25, 2020 (Map Update)

A brief overview of the recent developments in Afghanistan:

  • At least 27 Taliban members were killed as a result of clashes with government forces and an airstrike in the Marouf district of Kandahar province;
  • According to local sources in the Gozara district of Herat province, 12 civilians were killed and another 20 wounded in an aerial attack that targeted a Taliban gathering;
  • Three Afghan commandos were killed in a Taliban attack in the Kharistan area near Firoz Koh, the center of Ghor province;
  • Taliban claimed overrunning two ANDSF posts in Qarabagh, Ghazni last night. Government forces reportedly suffered over two dozen casualties and lost 2 APCs.

After almost 19 years after the US invasion, supported by their numerous lapdogs and whores, the Taliban still control approximately 50% of Afghanistan. A really disgraceful, pathetic performance by the US. But as they say in US ghettos: “you just can’t fix stupid.”
