A brief overview of the recent developments in Afghanistan:
- The US-Taliban negotiations resumed in Doha;
- 10 government troops were killed in clashes with the Taliban in the Imam Sahib district, Kunduz province;
- 46 government troops reportedly surrendered to the Taliban in the districts of Chahar Bolak, Khas Balkh, Kashanda, Zaray and Sholgar in Balkh province, the Taliban said.
