War on Corruption: FSB Copped Crimean Tax Agency’s Chief Red-Handed

The FSB Department in Crimea and Sevastopol has started a criminal case against Crimean Tax Agency’s chief Nikolay Kochanov, Krym Media agency reported. Yesterday, on June 29, N. Kochanov was copped red-handed under bribery. Investigation has been continuing. Commenting on A. Skrynnik’s arrest, the Head of Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov stated there were no untouchable in the republic. He added that the level of the minister’s fault and responsibility were subject to court’s decision.

The day earlier, FSB detained Minister of Industrial Policy of the RC on suspicion of plundering property at a cost of 48 million rubles. A criminal case initiated against the minister in the case of contribution to fraud commitment.
