A brief overview of the recent developments in Libya:
- Alwaffa and Alfiell oil fields were shut down by the high council of the Touareg tribes;
- The Zueitina oil port remains blocked;
- Clashes between the Libyan National Army (LNA) and the Government of National Accord (GNA) in southern Tripoli continue despite the Berlin conference.
