On January 14, Yemeni forces loyal to Yemeni President Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi backed by the Saudi-led coalition captured the areas of al-Awadi, al-Sa’ara’, Souq al-Buqa’a and large parts of the strategic al-Aulib Mountains in the eastern parts of the province of Saada, according to the UAE-based al-Arabiya TV.

Yemeni sources said that pro-Hadi forces captured several Soviet-made 9M14 Malyutka Anti-Tank Guided Missiles (ATGMs) from the Houthis during its advance in Saada province.

The Saudi-led coalition and pro-Hadi forces also resumed their advance in central Yemen and captured Markuza Mount in al-Bayda province. The mount is one of the key positions in the area because it overlooks some positions of the Houthis in Fasha area.

Al-Arabia reported that Saudi warplanes destroyed two training camps and a HQ of the Houthis in al-Bayda province. Over 90 fighters of the Houthis were killed in the Saudi airstrikes, according to the source.

The Saudi-led coalition advance in northern and central Yemen is aimed at threatening the Houthis in their key city of Saada and in the Yemeni capital, Sana’a.

Orcs wreak carnage in The Shire!

The Houthis favor sandals, which is much like Hobbits bare feet. The Saudis and their pet terrorists are varieties of Orcs. Still working on who to cast as Gandalf, Gimli, Aragorn and Legolas!!! :D Assad makes a good Elrond!

This could go on for years.
