- On May 15, Israel attacked a residential building in the Al-Rimal neighborhood of Gaza and reportedly killed Izz al-Din Haddad, commander of the Al-Qassam Brigades;
- On May 16, Palestinian sources confirmed the martyrdom of Izz al-Din Haddad along with his wife and daughter in the Israeli attack;
- The Israeli army raided multiple areas in the West Bank including Qalqilya, Nablus, and Tubas and detained several Palestinians.
