Russian forces launched a precision strike on a bridge near the city of Huliaipole in the Zaporozhie region. Footage from the area confirmed the destruction of the railway bridge used by the Ukrainian military.
On April 1, the video of the Russian precision strike on the bridge over the Gaichur river in the area of Huliaipole was widely shared online.
The strike was reportedly launched with an aerial bomb equipped with universal planning and correction module. The upgraded missile achieved the very high accuracy. The precision strike destroyed the small bridge, which is an extremely difficult target for aerial bombs.
The destruction of the bridge will complicate the supply of military equipment and rotation of the Ukrainian units. The bridge also linked Ukrainian troops with the checkpoint located in the city. The ongoing Russian fire also complicates the restoration of the damaged Ukrainian infrastructure in the area.

western ukraine wished to be with eu the rest of the country does not. russia has made it their goal to never fight another war on its soil after ww2. there was no point in occupying western ukraine if it doesn’t have the support of the majority of people living there. this part of ukraine will be divided up between its neighbors after the war anyway. russia can flatten all of ukraine if it wanted but that would not do anyone any good.
whoever attacks a foreign country is a criminal and an aggressor, and needs to be brought to court. starting war of aggression is a war-crime by itself. even if you claim you just want to “help” people there, “save them” or bring “democracy” to them. it’s all irrelevant – and not gives you the right to comit such an immense omni-crime resp. starting a war !
in this case it was a foreign countries who took control over ukraine and attempted to genocide ethnic russians living in the country which forced russia’s hand. they did it in georgia first and then when that didn’t worked they did it to ukraine. russia is doing the right thing and don’t forget that it gave many chances to end this war before it started.
