Orehovo is apparently a very defended position. Taking it would open up northern and western assaults which threatens multiple UAF groupings in addition to putting further pressure on UAF in Bakhmut area.
According to UK intelligence Bakhmut is almost under complete Russian control. I guess those Tos-1 and their thermobaric rounds are doing a pretty good job roasting banderites extra crispy and breaking their will to fight. Slava Prigozhin, Slava Putin.
