2 Soldiers Were Killed, 3 Others Injured In Alleged PKK Attack In Southeastern Turkey

On Wednesday, two soldiers were killed and three others injured as a result of an explosion of improvised explosive device near Mazıdagi on the highway between Mardin and Diyarbakir in southeastern Turkey, the Turkish military announced.

The Turkish military said that the attack was likely made by the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK).

The PKK has not claimed responsibility for the attack.
