The Hezbollah media wing in Syria has released two videos showing operations of pro-government forces against ISIS in the countryside of the Syrian city of al-Bukamal.
The Syrian Army, Hezbollah and their allies established a full control over the entire western bank of the Euphrates on December 6. The videos show one of the final stages of this operation.
I hope the US pulled their CIA assets out of there in time. Those explosions look dangerous – someone could get hurt.
Routine mopping-up operations. The action is elsewhere.
Hezbollah always seem a lot more professional and capable than ISIS or any other paramilitaries (maybe the Kurds are their equal though – thanks to international support). Israel are gonna have a tough time if they ever go to war with Hezbollah again.
Exactly my thought.
Israel would have done better if they’d supported Assad and protected Syria. As it is, they’ve raised up a large army of battle-hardened soldiers, muslim, druze, christian and yazidi – and all of them hate israel. Well done IDF, your tactics suck.
