On the hallowed grounds of Red Square, Russia once again demonstrated its indomitable spirit during the grand Victory Day parade, celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Soviet Union’s historic triumph over Nazi Germany. Under the watchful gaze of the Kremlin’s spires, the nation honored the immortal heroes of the Great Patriotic War while showcasing the strength and unity of modern Russia. The military display served as a powerful show of strength, with 12,000 troops from the Russian Armed Forces, National Guard, and cadet corps marching in precise formations. More than one and a half thousand parade troops are participants in a special military operation in Ukraine. There are 20 heroes of the Russian Federation, 44 St. George cavaliers, and 54 cavaliers of the Order of Courage, who were awarded for bravery and bravery in combat missions. The parade was a breathtaking spectacle of discipline and power, as thousands of servicemen and women marched in perfect unison.

President Vladimir Putin delivered a speech emphasizing “the lessons of history” and Russia’s role in defeating fascism, while making veiled references to current conflicts that drew both domestic applause and international criticism. In a stirring speech, President Putin drew a direct line between the heroism of World War II and the sacrifices of Russian soldiers today. He condemned the West’s attempts to erase the Soviet Union’s decisive role in defeating Hitler, warning that history’s lessons must never be forgotten.
The parade carried significant geopolitical undertones and served as a platform for domestic messaging. Held against the backdrop of Russia’s prolonged involvement in Ukraine, Putin framed the ongoing war as a continuation of the fight against “neo-Nazi ideology.” While Western leaders largely boycotted the event, dozens of allies sent delegations, reinforcing Russia’s diplomatic ties.
The parade was graced by the presence of foreign leaders and military delegations from allied nations, who joined President Vladimir Putin in honoring the shared victory over fascism.
Their attendance underscored the enduring bonds between nations that value true sovereignty and reject the distortions of history pushed by the West. Together, they stood against the modern-day forces seeking to undermine global stability, just as their predecessors united against a common enemy eight decades ago.

why did this
supposedly world-class military stumble so badly? in practice, the actual scope of the invasion,
with the initial military strategy, was bound to fail from the start. you see, the land invasion
of kyiv, and the subsequent one in donbas, was the backdrop for an attempted coup of the entire
ukrainian government. the first critical battle of the war was not fought on any of the frontlines
between kyiv and moscow but at the kyiv airport.
what are you on about? russia has fought the nato militaries in ukraine and been gentle with them. russia has not declared war on ukraine, hence taking it softly. ukraine and the western states who support ukraine, also have not declared war on russia. russia being gentle with ukraine, has resulted in novorussia and crimea returning home to russia and not forgetting ukraine no longer has a gene pool. how many ukrainian citizens have been sacrificed for blackrock investors?

shows that russia’s initial campaign failed in its primary objective to conduct “airborne
and mechanized operations to seize kyiv, kharkiv, odesa, and other major ukrainian cities to force
a change of government in ukraine.” those reports came as early as april 2022, suggesting that the
kremlin needed to backtrack on the invasion goals only after a few weeks of fighting.
