US plans new military bases in Iraq’s Anbar province

On Wednesday, an Iraqi military source said that the United States had decided to build new military bases in Iraq’s Anbar Province allegedly to counter ISIS.

The military source also said that the two bases would be set up in the Hamarah region of Fallujah city and in areas close to the Iraqi-Syria border.

“The US military claims the increased presence of its troops in the province is in line with countering the rising influence of ISIS,” a source from the Anbar Operation Command said.

However, the US military is running two bases in Anbar’s Habbaniyah and Ayan al-Assad regions by leading a so-called international coalition against ISIS with warplanes.

In June 2014, ISIS captured several parts of Iraq and terrorized a huge area under its command. From last year, Iraqi forces have been managing to liberate some key positions including Tikrit, Baiji and Ramadi.

But I thought the U.K. was responsible for protecting the Israeli Kirkuk-Haifa pipeline? They deployed SAS to each one of the pumping stations during the Iraq war. The work is mostly done by Blackwater/Xe/Academi and their U.K. counterparts today. Why does the U.S. have to commit U.S. personnel and equipment to protect the Kirkuk-Haifa pipeline anymore? Why doesn’t Israel send IDF troops into Iraq to protect their damn pipeline?

Mission creep. They’re still pushing for the big one in Syria. The rising influence of ISIS since Russia’s intervention is the usual propaganda.

Seems like the long-term strategy of the US is continued destabilization of Syria. This move would certainly comport with the today’s announcement of a ‘Plan B’ by Kerry, to slice Syrian in half between east and west. And as decisions to set up new military bases aren’t made on the spur of the moment, I sort of deduce that “Plan B” may have been a preferred option all along. I hope to see some analysts dig into this possibility in the next few days.

Its not US policy its zionist AIPAC policy. Read ODED YINON and PNAC’s CLEAN BREAK: Strategy for Securing the Realm. Has no benefits to anyone but Israel.
How long are American morons going to pay for the zionist schtik, while they are hungry, evicted and jobless? Incredible the stupidity of the goyim. they line up like groupies for self-immolation at End Times horse manure
