On December 14, the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) launched a military operation to clear the southern part of the eastern bank of the Euphrates River from ISIS, according to the Kurdish Hawar News Agency (ANHA). The media outlet added that SDF fighters have captured three villages, and five farms in the region from ISIS on December 13.
Other Kurdish sources reported that the SDF has captured the village of Abu Hardub on the eastern bank of the river. Moreover, the sources claimed that the SDF has started an attack on the strategic town of Hajin . However, these claims have not been confirmed by any official source.
Meanwhile, the ISIS-linked news agency Amaq reported that ISIS snipers killed a fighter of the SDF around the village of Abu Hamam on the eastern bank of the Euphrates. ISIS fighters also shelled several positions of the SDF in Abu Hamam with mortars, according to Amaq.
The SDF will likely face a strong resistance from ISIS fighters in Hajin, as the terrorists are currently besieged in the town and the region around it.
Clear what ? It is impossible to see any fight at all. SDF’s walk and drive as going to a pick nick !
Just say “yeah OK Yankers, your heroes, here is another medal” and then you can laugh later.
Anything they say, believe the opposite.

SDF is following up on a report of SF of the last few days that SDF had to clear IS from east of the river. SF surely will be happy to see their reports getting reacted to.
