Ukraine continues to commit serious war crimes and violate the limits of the Russian non-militarized territory. According to images recently shared by Russian authorities, Ukrainian drones invaded the Kursk region and launched cluster bombs against the local population. The case clearly shows the desperation of the Ukrainian military in carrying out operations that have no strategic value, which can be considered acts of mere terrorism.
Roman Starovoyt, governor of Kursk oblast, reported on November 9 the incursion of a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) into the Russian region. The drone fired several cluster bombs in the city of Sudzha, in a civil and industrial area, without any military relevance. The attack took place near a butter factory and put the lives of ordinary citizens and workers at risk, however fortunately there were no victims. Russian authorities stated that at least one of the bombs dropped by the drone did not explode, which is why there is now an investigation about where the projectile could have landed.
As well known, cluster bombs are banned by international law because they have a high humanitarian impact when used on the battlefield. Since they fragment in the air, these bombs disperse hundreds of small projectiles, generating a large number of victims. The worst thing, however, is that not all “mini bombs” explode during attacks. Many projectiles fall to the ground and remain without detonating for months or even years, functioning as true mines – being activated when unintentionally touched by a civilian.
Even though banned, these weapons have already become commonplace among Ukrainian troops. The US and the UK are sending this equipment to Kiev, enabling several war crimes. Many Russian civilians have already died as a result of cluster bomb attacks. For example, journalist Rostislav Zhuravlev, RIA Novosti’s war correspondent, was murdered in July in a Ukrainian airstrike with US-supplied cluster bombs.
Furthermore, Ukraine has already used these weapons on several other occasions. The country has even been investigated by human rights activists and international organizations due to its constant use of banned weapons, which has caused several civilian victims, including women and the elderly. In March, a report on the topic was published by the UN, where it is possible to read:
“The Commission has found instances where Ukrainian armed forces likely used cluster munitions and rocket-delivered antipersonnel landmines to carry out attacks in Izium city, Kharkiv region, from March to September 2022 (…) The three following examples illustrate the use of weapons that bear the characteristics of cluster munitions in the city of Izium during that period. On 9 May 2022, an attack struck a residential area, killing three people and injuring six. On 14 July 2022, an attack hit the area around the central market, injuring two older women. On 16 July 2022, several submunitions impacted a residential area, including a kindergarten, where about 250 people had sought shelter, killing two older persons”.
In the same vein, in July Human Rights Watch published a text called “Ukraine: Civilian Deaths from Cluster Munitions”, which reads:
“Ukrainian forces have used cluster munitions that caused numerous deaths and serious injuries to civilians, Human Rights Watch said today (…) New Human Rights Watch research found that Ukrainian cluster munition rocket attacks on Russian-controlled areas in and around the city of Izium in eastern Ukraine during 2022 caused many casualties among Ukrainian civilians”.
It is also important to emphasize that the area affected by the latest attack in Kursk is located approximately 10km from the border with Ukraine. There are no Russian military facilities close to the location of the attack, which is why it is not possible to say that it was an “error” in the route of the UAV. There was indeed a Ukrainian intention to carry out such an attack and kill civilians in Kursk. In practice, this shows that Kiev is willing to further increase its acts of terrorism and violence against civilians.
Ukrainian terrorism is expected to expand even more in the coming months. With the failure of the “counteroffensive” and the significant decrease in Western military aid, Kiev does not have many resources to continue using on the battlefield. The correct thing would be for the regime to surrender and accept Russian peace terms, but NATO does not allow this and forces the Ukrainians to continue fighting an unwinnable war. So, neo-Nazi forces resort to terrorism as a way of trying to “disturb” the Russians.
The problem is that this “strategy” could be a trap for Ukraine itself. The use of cluster munitions on undisputed Federation’s territory is a dangerous red line. If Kiev continues to use these weapons outside the conflict zone and manages to kill Russian civilians in demilitarized cities, it is likely that Moscow will launch a major retaliatory operation. And, as well known, Ukraine currently does not have power enough to face any major escalation, as its troops are close to absolute collapse.

lenin probably handed the legal ownership of the sowjet union to the owners of the usa and western europe so it is not undisputed.

the use of cluster munitions during the russian invasion of ukraine (2022–present) has been recorded by a number of eyewitnesses and journalists, as well as representatives of the un, humanitarian and public organizations.
in particular, the head of the un human rights council, michelle bachelet, reported on march 30 at least 24 cases since the beginning of the invasion.[3]

western projection.
i never wrote that
same claims the un & ios would neither confirm/deny, let alone the side of which weapons used? these organizations refuse to say ukraine is the instigators with attacks on zpp going as saying 1: western weapons were used, 2: attacks originated from territory control by ukraine, 3: attacks did not originate from russian controlled territory. there is no credibility in these as western powers control the strings. fact is, most civilians killed are by ukraine since 2014
2) and ukraine has got many remarks from many doing not well. many are are in courts. ukriane actually try to be better even its hard times.
and of corse we bring them help. i was a agreement ukraine only should be able to defende themself. only that was needed they gave their many nukes to russia too.
lining uop as you are barking madness. the and we are here too.
even if it was true what’s your point. ukraine with israel’s and america’s blessing is firing literally hundreds of thousands of those rounds lmfao.
are you blind or worse.
russia used cluster bombs on civlians. now they blame others for doing it as well.
a patent or what?
exactly, best thing to do for putin would be to withdraw its invasion troops from that foreign country, called ukraine. problem solved. then no cluster bombs threat anymore. if one attacks a foreign country by open military invasion, he should expect resistance, it’s simply as that indeed.
russian forces with cluster munitions have already been recorded in the settlements of the dnipropetrovsk, donetsk, zaporizhzhia, kyiv, luhansk, mykolaiv, odesa, sumy, kharkiv, kherson and chernihiv regions. 215 civilians are known to have been killed in these shellings and 474 injured, many of which may go unreported.[6]
