Earlier, the Russian military revealed that militants from the Idlib de-escalation zone attempted to attack its Hmeymim airbase with multiple-launch rocket systems and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) 12 times over the past month. 8 of 12 attacks were carried out with UAVs. Russian forces shot down 12 UAVs. No material damage or casualties were caused.
