On September 5, Turkish-backed militant groups seized the villages of Al Mustafa Al Kebir, Cub Al Dam, Al Masannah, Umm Et Tadaya, Karabah Mamal, Al Humayrah, Haydar Base, Nabra and Mazrat Nabra. On September 6, the Turkey-led forces continued advances along the Syrian-Turkish border, aiming to seize the village of Sawran.
Since the first day of the Operation Euphrates Shield, Turkish artillery units and warplanes have hit a total of 392 targets.
Pro-Turkish sources have been also reporting about ongoing humanitarian operations in the controlled areas of northern Syria. However, it’s complicated to evaluate the real amount of provided aid.
