On January 27, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.

Nine of the videos show a series of attacks with drones, including Lancet loitering munitions, that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.

Another video shows a strike with Tornado-S guided artillery rockets on a Ukrainian shipment of drones near the settlement of Khilchichi in the Sumy direction.

Two other videos show more strikes with Tornado-S rockets and other unspecified guided munitions that targeted a large gathering and a temporary deployment point of Kiev forces near the settlement of Volne in the Kharkiv direction, and close to the settlement of Moshchunoe in the direction of Chernihiv.

In its daily briefing, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “energy infrastructure facilities used for the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, storage and preparation for the launch of long-range unmanned aerial vehicles as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 154 areas” over the past 24 hours.

Russian air defenses intercepted 11 HIMARS projectiles, an S-200 anti-aircraft missile, and 105 fixed-wing drones during the same period, the ministry said.

According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 670 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 111,231 drones, 646 air defense systems, 27,349 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,651 multiple rocket launchers, 32,877 artillery pieces, and 52,956 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
