Syrian Troops Liberated Another Town In Homs Province

Syrian government forces, led by the 5th Assault Corps, have liberated another town from militants in the province of Homs.

According to the Syrian Defense Ministry statement, government forces have taken control of Ulayyaniya located 10km south of Khunayfis and 46 km east of Busairi. A number of ISIS terrorists were killed in the clashes.

However, according to pro-oppositions sources, Ulayyaniya was under control of the US-backed Free Syrian Army.

In any case, the 5th Assault Corps have not faced a significant resistance in the area.
