The Syrian Arab Army (SAA), the Syrian Republican Guard (SRG) and other pro-government factions are rapidly advancing against ISIS in the city of Deir Ezzor.

Since Friday, the SAA and the SRG have been conducting a military operation to break the ISIS siege on Deir Ezzor Airport encircled by the terrorists in 2016.

So far, government forces have taken control of the Talat Alloush hill, the Tayyem oil field, the Rubay’at hill and Khaim al-Difa south and southwest of the city as well as the village of Maliha located at the Sukhna-Deir Ezzor highway.

With the recent advances the SAA and the SRG deployed in about 1,000-1,500m from Deir Ezzor Airport, according to pro-government sources.

ISIS has conducted a few of fierce counter-attacks attempting to stop the government forces advance, but failed to achieve this  goal. It seems that the ISIS siege will be lifted from the airport soon.

Kurds are advancing easily in Deir Ezzor province because SAA is doing the heavylifting in urban areas, not even with indiscrimante US terrorists carpet-bombing in Raqqa can they retake that city. SSA’s got to clean DeZ city and sourrounding area from the Ziowahhabi rats to see what to do with the land and oil on the other side of the river.

LETS ENCIRCLE ISIL IN DIER ZOR CITY AFTER LIFTING SIEGE ON AIRPORT. 1ST SAA HAVE TO CROSS RIVER AT SAME TIME FROM CITY NORTH WHILE THEY ARE TRYING TO LIFT SIEGE ON AIRPORT. ONCE THEY CROSS RIVER THEY CAN GO ROUND AND MEET UP WITH AIRPORT AREA FROM OTHER SIDE OF THE RIVER LEAVING DAESH IN CITY TRAPPED. AND MOST IMPORTANT IF THEY JAVE TO STOP SDF REACHING SOUTH OF DIER ZOR THEN SAA HAS TO MOVE TOWARDS EAST AS SUWAR CITY ATLEAST TO CAPTURE . IT WILL CUT SDF COMPPLETLY. THEN FROM HAMIMAH SAA HAS TO MOVE EAST TO AL MAYDEEN TO CAPTURE THE MOVE DOWN TOWARDS ABUKAMAL. AND LAST ALSO ONCE THEY CROSS RIVER THEY MOVE TOWARDS MADAAN THIS 3 ADVANCE WILL MAKE DAESH COMPLETLY FINISH AND US/SDF PLAN CAN BE RUIN.

At this point , the most important surrounding area is # 1 the airport , and # 2 the other side of the river . Godspeed SAA .

juan carlos ayala

you must cross the river now to cut the way for the Kurds

The Kurds are making claims of capturing towns before they even left the base, they seem to make these claims all the time as disinformation. The Russians should be passing through DE and help with the flanking from the other side on the encircling the City.

Be careful, if you cross a division you must sustain logistics and suplies, a bad move and the division ended isolated

Yes, no-one needs a Khalkhin-Gol.

Behold a Pale Horse

Dont worry, the Russians arnt in this to let the Kurds steal their oil.

Serious

You didn’t cross the Euphrate river yet ????

Well, it will take months to liberate cities next to the river. You should encircle them and take the countrysides.

But, mainly, SAA needs to stop a possible SDF advance to north or east and to stop USA for feeding weapons to terrorists.

gustavo

SAA must cross the Euphrates river now to stop SDF (USA pupets) and to stop weapons line to terrorists from USA.
