Syrian Army Regains 2 Villages from Terrorists in Northern Hama

Developing the counter attack launched on September 1, the Syrian army and the National Defense Forces (NDF) have recaptured the town of Ma’ardas and the village of Iskandarīyah from terrorist factions in the northern part of Hama province. Some 14 terrorists were killed in the clashes there.

Separately, the pro-government forces have repelled a series of terrorist attacks on the village of Ma’an. It remains under the government control.
