On July 3, several videos documenting recent combat operations by the Russian military in the special military operation zone were posted to social networks.

Six of the videos showed attacks with FPV suicide drones, grenade-dropping drones and interceptor drones. The attacks targeted Ukrainian troops, positions and equipment in Donets and several other directions over the last few days.

Another video showed a series of strikes with Geran fixed-wing suicide drones that targeted ammunition depots of Ukraine’s 56th Motorized Brigade near the settlement of Kramatorsk in Donetsk.

Two more videos showed recent airstrikes on positions of Kiev forces in Donetsk and the direction of Sumy. The airstrikes were carried out using Kh-38 and LMUR air-launched guided missiles, as well as UMPK-equipped guided glide bombs.

In addition, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that recent missile and drone strikes hit “ an enterprise of the electronic warfare industry, workshops for the production of strike UAVs [Unmanned Aerial Vehicles], their storage areas, the position of the U.S.-made HIMARS MLRSs [Multiple Launch Rocket Systems] as well as temporary deployment areas of the AFU [Armed Forces of Ukraine] and foreign mercenaries” in 137 areas over the past 24 hours.

Russian air defenses shot down eight guided aerial bombs and 169 fixed-wing drones during the same period, the ministry added, noting that a drone boat was also destroyed in the Black Sea.

According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 663 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 66,777 drones, 612 air defense systems, 24,112 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,573 multiple rocket launchers, 26,894 artillery pieces, and 37,594 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
