These kind of major operations are announced regularly ever since Soros started funding SDF media organizations. “Storm of Raqqa” sounds more like the coalition is going to start leveling Raqqa (more than it has) and Marine artillery is going to help them. YPG/YPJ still doesn’t have the heavier arms they were promised. The Arab militias in the SDF are just not up to the task. They won’t advance unless the U.S. has leveled everything in front of them.

This sounds like Soros propaganda to get his ISIS buddies to leave Raqqa for Palmyra (to block the SAA) or to Deir EzZor to secure the U.S.-designated future ISIS ‘capital’. The SDF isn’t going to move on Raqqa until the U.S. has evacuated ISIS to other fronts to fight the SAA. Maybe they’ve already done that, but this sounds more like a warning for ISIS to move out now. The SDF just doesn’t have the area secure enough to move on Raqqa yet.

This SDF statement does sound like pure BS.
They still need to take the area just south of the river, but I am not getting my hopes up. I see your point.

Keep focus on destroying their convoys as they move out.
