The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, they will have to add dye to diesel fuel. Green dye will be used for gasoline, which is intended for the country’s Armed Forces. The measures are to combat resale and mixing of the fuel.
“Marking will make it possible to identify and track fuel purchased exclusively for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and reduce the possibility of its illegal sale,” the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine claimed in a statement.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to begin the supply of such fuel next week, and it will be delivered to the troops by the end of November.

He traditionally claimed that the allegations that Ukraine is the most corrupt state are “Russian narrative spread by Russian propaganda.”
