On October 13, a spokesman for the US-led coalition said that about 1,500 civilians were evacuated in the past week.

From its side, the ISIS-linked news agency Amaq claimed that ISIS snipers killed 3 SDF fighters in the center of Raqqa city on October 11. Amaq added ISIS fighters damaged a bulldozer of the SDF in al-Barid district in the city center.

Amaq also reported that over 35 civilians were killed in US-led coalition airstrikes on al-Bado district in Raqqa city. Syrian opposition sources confirmed the Amaq report.

In the northern Deir Ezzor countryside, the SDF has captured the village of Hilal, Hasf Tall, Ghayran, Jarbus, Tabaraya and Husayn at the al-Suwar road.

Meanwhile, ISIS attacked SDF positions in the Jafra oil field in the northern Deir Ezzor countryside. Clashe are still ongoing there.

15 ISIS fighters and 9 SDF fighters were killed in the clashes around the oil field, according to the sources.

So far, the ISIS attack on the Jafra oil field is the biggest attack against the SDF since the US-backed force launched its military operation in Deir Ezzor governorate. However, ISIS will not likely recapture the oil field because of the SDF resistance.

Nice report. SDF sources say Jafra oilfields were NOT retaken by IS, the pictures are from the nearby trainstation that still was in IS hands.

There is fighting there though, that is correct. Counterattacks by SDF has brought SDF to the banks of the Khabur river (in the south of that river).

It seems the “deal” is over but a lot of the fighting too as many civillians could escape and several dozen IS fighters surrendered. Fighting is now mostly against snipers, so a very dangerous mopping up of the snipers and the mines is the bulk of what is remaining. Esceptions likely the stadion and hospital.

gustavo

¿ fighting ? It looks like these guys are just training. Where is the fight ?

Serious Dude

Very inappropriate for you to tease these people that are fighting ISIS while you are behind your pc.

Alex

seen you tease Saa mulitple times, you must be at the front lines …

Serious Dude

I don’t tease them, I say that they are not representatives of the Syrian people. After all, there is no “SAA” anymore. “SAA” is consisted of Iranian, Lebanese, Iraqi, Syrian and Afghan Shia militants.

Alex

There is still SAA and the others are invited and supported by legitimate Syrian govmnt, unlike americans and the kurds and the other thieves https://www.globalresearch.ca/israel-is-the-main-purchaser-of-isis-oil/5493738

Serious Dude

And the so called Syrian government was created by 2 coups. In 1963 and in 1970.

Alex

There is more recent one created in iraq and lybia and many more

Alex

Look at the thiefs go.

Syria should tell the Kurds to back off and return to Raqqa, the territory is Syrian and if they contest it then they will be attacked. If the Kurds state that they are not Syrians even though Assad gave them citizenship then they become the enemy and should be treated like any other terrorist organization and that includes the US and coalition and should be eliminated from Syrian soil.
