A new satellite image shows the joint Russian-Turkish center to monitor the ceasefire regime in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.

The joint center is located in the area of the village of Qiyamedinli in the Aghdam district of the region.

Probably the Russians have realised that having a pro-Turkish Azerbaijan is the only way to keep their grip on Armenia, being squeezed between 2 much stronger neighbours now it has no choice than seeking the protection of Russia

That was the point before the war started. Russia and Turkey playing good cop and bad cop with Armenia. Erdogan doesn’t want a pro West Armenia either.
