On February 2, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
11 of the videos show a series of drone attacks that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, including other drones, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
Another video released by the Russian Ministry of Defense shows two recent strikes with Iskander-M tactical ballistic missiles that targeted a Soviet-made S-300 long-range air defense system and an American-made M142 HIMARS multiple rocket launch system of Kiev forces.
The S-300 was targeted near the settlement of Volyansk in Dnepropetrovsk. The strike destroyed the first control radar, three launchers and a command vehicle.
Meanwhile, the HIMARS was struck near Volodarovka in Kharkiv. The launcher was destroyed and ten Ukrainian troops who were nearby were killed or wounded.
Two more videos show recent airstrikes with UMPK-equipped guided glide bombs that hit positions of Kiev forces in the settlement of Vremevsky in Donetsk, near the settlement of Zybino in Kharkiv, and close to the settlement of Novopavlovka in Dnepropetrovsk.
Meanwhile, the Russian MoD announced in its daily briefing that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “transport infrastructure facilities used for the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ammunition depots, unmanned aerial vehicles depots, command and control posts, and temporary deployment points of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 147 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry also said that Russian air defenses intercepted four guided aerial bombs, five HIMARS projectiles, and 202 fixed-wing drones during the same period.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 670 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 111,977 drones, 646 air defense systems, 27,445 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,657 multiple rocket launchers, 33,006 artillery pieces, and 53,475 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
