Russia unveiled the export version of Korsar tactical unmanned aerial vehicle at the MAKS 2019 airshow. The high altitude reconnaissance drone system, capable of flying at of up to 5000 meters was demonstrated for the first time at the Army 2019 forum in June.

“The main advantage of the system is its open architecture, which allows it to adapt for performing various tasks, from weather reconnaissance and aerial photography to target finding and goods transportation. Therefore, our drone featuring a full set of payloads can replace an entire UAV fleet of various specializations,” the Radioelectronic Cluster of Rostec State Corporation said.

Nah, Russia is literally just beginning to invest heavily in UAV’s. However, they have taken a big leep with the Sukhoi S-70 stealth. Sometimes, it’s better to think small, in order to achieve big.

Iran gave them a few copies a few years back which also influenced Russian development of their own. This was public news, including the US partially stealth drone that Iran took over and landed.

Or it could be that Russia simply keeps higher levels of overall secrecy over the military stuff they have in development.
That U.S. stealth drone must have been hacked by specialists in EW btw.

Taken to the logical extreme there will be no more wars. Just leaders assassinating each other with surgical strikes. It started with the Reapers killing whole wedding parties and ends with open season on inaugural parties.
