On December 1, Russian Tu-22M3 strategic bombers struck ISIS targest in the Syrian province of Deir Ezzor.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the six strategic bombers hit ISIS’ command posts and manpower. All designated targets were destroyed.
Su-30M fighter jets deployed in Syria provided an air cover to the strategic bombers.
