The Russian military carried out 34 combined strikes against Ukrainian military and energy infrastructure, mercenaries’ deployment sites, arsenals and air defense systems over the past week, Russia’s Defense Ministry announced during a briefing on April 19.

“On April 13-19 of this year, the Russian Armed Forces delivered 34 combined strikes by air-launched and seaborne long-range precision weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles in retaliation to the Kiev regime’s attempts to inflict damage on Russia’s energy and industry sites. The strikes targeted Ukrainian energy sites, military-industrial enterprises and railway infrastructure, air defense systems, arsenals and facilities storing fuel for military hardware,” the ministry said.

It added that the strikes also targeted Ukrainian drone operator training centers, temporary deployment sites of Ukrainian army units, nationalist formations and foreign mercenaries.

In the same briefing, the ministry also provided details on recent developments across the frontline in the special military operation zone in Ukraine.

The ministry said that the Zapad Group of Forces improved the situation along the front in the Kupyansk direction and inflicted losses on a dozen brigades of Kiev forces close to Kupyansk, Sinkovka, Zagoruykovka, Kotlyarovka and Stelmakhovka.

In addition, the group repelled 11 counterattacks by Ukraine’s 3rd assault, 21st, 63rd mechanized, 12th national guard special operations forces and 125th territorial defense brigades close to Chervonaya Dibrova, Torskoye and Terny, according to the ministry.

“The AFU [Armed Forces of Ukraine] losses amounted to more than 380 Ukrainian troops, one tank, nine armored fighting vehicles and 16 motor vehicles,” it said. “In the course of the counterbattery warfare, 18 field artillery guns including three American-made M109 Paladin self-propelled artillery systems as well as six ammunition depots, five Nota and Anklav electronic warfare stations were hit.”

It added that seven counterattacks launched by the 46th airmobile and 10th mountain assault brigades were also repelled by the group near Krasnogorovka and Novomikhailovka.

The ministry also announced in the briefing that the Russian missile troops, artillery and drones of the Russian Groups of Forces destroyed three MiG-29 fighter jets, four An-26 military transport aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force at an airfield, two air target guidance radars, four S-300 anti-aircraft missile launchers as well as one German-made IRIS-T anti-aircraft missile launcher.

nato’s goal is to defeat and destroy the russian federation. but the day they achieve this goal will be the very day when the rf will press the red button (as stated in the constitution). and this will mean their immediate end (because there is absolutely no way for defense) atomic destruction of those nato countries. i would do the same btw: if a killer kills me but i have the chance to kill him too, i would, ofc, no need for thinking. so in their places i mb would reconsider the goal.
