‘Putin has taking a fine step and is pushing to save Syria along with the Syrian government from the scourge of terrorism but also outside interference in the democratic process in Syria’

In a speech given by President Putin at the 12th annual session of the International Valdei discussion forum he stated that there cannot be any ‘moderate’ terrorists while speaking on the Middle East situation. Putin went on to say that a lot of the weaponry sent to so called ‘moderates’ by the West  had ended up in the hands of extremists.

The President said that some countries have been playing a double game moving figures on a board in order to suit their own interests. This is something Mr.Putin has not done in Syria and has went for the jugular of the monster, but he also stressed that taking away the scourge of terror will not solve the problem.
