Pentagon Video Claims US bombing on ISIS Cash Depot in Iraq

On 15 January 2016, the US Defense Department released a video that shows an US bombing in Mosul, Iraq.

The Defense Department has claimed that the attack was on Daesh or Islamic State [ISIS] cash stock pile in Mosul city on 11th January 2016.

It was a 47 second black and white video of building destruction shot from a bird’s eye perspective. The US official claimed that the building which was hit by 2000 pound bomb was the main Daesh stronghold in Iraq.

Pentagon said that, clouds of paper money were seen floating above the bombed facility. The US officials speculated that millions of dollars were shattered from the strike but nobody yet could confirm the actual amount.

Yesterday was the 25 years of Iraq bombing, the beginning of Operation Desert Storm that was a military campaign on Iraqi forces to oust them from Kuwait during the First Gulf War. Since then till date, more than 1 million Iraqi died by the cause of the US induced war in Iraq.
