On May 12, we wrote another letter asking for the reasons why we did not receive any reply, and attached again the answers to all of the questions. We have not expected a reply of any kind.
But the situation changed. After the start of the informational campaign and due to your letters/requests to PayPal about reasons of blocking SouthFront’s account, PayPal’s support decided to provide, at least, a formal answer. Considering that SouthFront’s account will be blocked on May 15, it looks like a last minute attempt by PayPal to appear as if they are being fair and not subjective. Indeed, PayPal is trying to temporize.
PayPal provided this answer on May 12, 2016 (Requests and replies originally were in Russian because the owner of the account is the resident of the Russian Federation.):

A simple search of the internet and you will find they are not picking on you specifically. We did a small business two years ago in the US and Paypal held over 40K with no way to get it back. What they do is pool all this collected money and earn interest until the lawyers force them to turn it over. Just check the net there is case after case. There needs to be a better way to inform people of this.
Please Southfront, remove all your money from the account before the deadline – there are many horror stories of Pay Pal doing this to others and taking their money for good. Plus they do not agree with your position so I dont see this ending well.
I will donate with bitcoin this month and hope others will continue to support you guys through other means.
If they proceed with unlawful blocking of Southfront’s account I will stop using PayPal. It’s a pity that PayPal proved to be a puppet of USUKEE!
