Unconfirmed reports from pro-government sources say that the Syrian army has made significant gains in southwestern Aleppo. The Syrian government forces seized Ramouseh Garages, Gas Factory, Sadcop Fuel Depot and advnaced in the 1070 Apartment Project.

Confirmed information:
- In the Ramouseh Neighborhood, the Syrian army, Hezbollah and Liwa al-Quds advanced in the southern part of neighborhood. Hevy clashes are ongoing;
- Jaish al-Fatah failed to advance in the 1070 Apartment Project. The Syrian army destroyed a militant vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) and recaptured some building blocks;
- The Syrian army launched another attac on the Aqrab area. Syrian troops crossed the road and engaged jihadists. Heavy artillery shelling and air strikes were reported in the area.

The recent developments show that the Syrian army and local militias, supported by Russian and Syrian warplanes, are continuing military operations in order to close the corridor to eastern Aleppo opened by Jaish al-Fatah. If the reports about gains in the Ramouseh Neighborhood is confirmed, it will mean that the pro-government forces have almost closed this corridor and resotred the siege of eastern Aleppo.
