I hope that includes all the mosul countryside and operations in sinjar / baaj / hatra by PMU and peshmerga. Still a bit inflated, it seems. 2200+ militants per month, 75-90 per day. Per day it might make sense, but still there were lulls in the action and airstrikes dont kill as many militants as we think.

He had spoken of “operation” not “city”

I can read, still its up to interpretation and what their operation encompasses, they might include pesh and pmu operations as separate.

I very much doubt it. ISIS pretty much withdrew from the outskirts so they did not suffer many casualties there and they have been putting up a tough fight in the city with ‘4,000 fighters’ as the Iraqis have been saying for months.

They must be learning to count from our Pentagon who says that our air campaign has only killed 348 civilians since 2014 and 70,000 ISIS militants.

“…in total 16,467 ISIS militants had been killed..”

Don’t worry – the U.S. will make more. That’s what we do.
