One Person Killed, Three Injured In Explosion In Federal Security Service Building In Russia's Arkhangelsk

On October 31, one person was killed and three others were injured in an explosion in building of the Federal Security Service (FSB) in the Russian city of Arkhangelsk, Arkhangelsk governor Igor Orlov told media. He stated that the crime was carried out by an unidentified explosive device.

According to the state-run news agency TASS, the person, who died in the incident, was not a servicemember of the FSB.

The killed person was identified as 17yo Mikhail Jlobitskiy. He was carrying an IED in his bag. According to reports, he was intending to left the bag inside and run away, but the IED exploded earlier. The media says that Jlobitskiy was a radical anarchist.

The investigation is ongoing.
