New cameras are being installed in the city of Aleppo in order to monitor compliance with ceasefire regimen.

According to Deputy Head of the Russian center for reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria, Sergey Kapitsyn, outdoor surveillance cameras record a process of withdrawal of Syrian troops’ military equipment from Aleppo. The demilitarized zone is 3.5 kilometers to the north and south of the Castello highway.

“According to video surveillance, including unmanned aerial vehicles, displacement of military equipment of the ‘moderate’ opposition is not observed. Their military hardware is still in its initial positions,” Kapitsyn said.

The center for reconciliation of the warring parties has noted the growth of a number of attacks from the opposition. Also, there is no division of the opposition from terrorists that should be provided by the US.
