Russian soldiers from the 22nd Motorized Rifle Regiment have reportedly seized a Canadian-made LAV 6.0 Super Bison armored combat support vehicle (ACSV) from Ukrainian forces. Video footage shows the moment the Russian crew drives off with the prized trophy, while a Ukrainian mechanic desperately tries, and fails, to catch up on foot.
The LAV 6.0 ACSV, nicknamed “Super Bison,” is a highly capable armored vehicle based on an 8×8 wheeled platform, designed for combat support roles. Ukraine received 39 of these vehicles from Canada in 2022, directly from the General Dynamics Land Systems factory in Ontario. The vehicles for Ukraine were armed with 7.62mm C6 GPMG machine guns, Canadian designation for the FN MAG.
This is not the first time Western-supplied equipment has fallen into Russian hands, but the brazen theft highlights the challenges Ukraine faces in maintaining its armored fleet amid heavy battlefield losses. The captured Super Bison could now be studied by Russian engineers or even repurposed for their own forces, adding insult to injury for Kyiv’s Western backers.
The incident underscores the chaotic nature of frontline combat, where even advanced NATO-grade hardware can end up in enemy hands, sometimes with a little help from a daring Russian crew.
that looks like a mem.
take a picture or video, and put a false caption on it.
in other words, the video shows no proof of what you say it is.
propaganda.
they drove off and left a comrade behind who couldn’t keep up.
hey beni burada geride bırakma, hadi içeri gir, lanet olsun sana
those bastards!!
we can do a remake of *m*a*s*h* out of that stuff, le french secteur par louis de funes, british sector (little britain) mr bean, benny hill and comrades
the ukrainian b-team…
your comment also does not prove your argument. sit down.
that is the brand new command and control version, being tested by nato in ukraine using the latest nato c&c and electronic comms equipment and software that has only been given to ukraine very recently.
all that hardware and software was the target i would guess, not so much the vehicle platform.
this video is quite funny if you can imagine benny hill music in the background.
i did not know transvestite canadia make military hardware
russian soldier fight with courage , rusian weapons are very effective…the problem is a weak political leadeship for a war of this magnitude and the corruption and incompetence among the high military command.
that will teach nato and the americans, if you blow up our bombers we will steal a truck.
bomber never get used by coward oligarchs, truck more useful, oligarch won’t buy trucks for army so it is nice to have new truck
hahahhahah too funny and true
i can’t wait until all the hopes and dreams of postmodern fags supporting ukraine turns to terror and then dejection when russia ensures ukraine will become a fractured rump state.
russian under putin the mild is too weak to impose its will anywhere, total failure in libya, syria, africa, and unable to impose will even on its own border region.
i doubt the russian response to nato terrorism and treaty violations include one canadian military vehicle .
actually the only response will be simping to big blond daddy
lol. this was a vigilance teaching for ukrainians. hard lesson.
hahahahaha too funny and awesome
imagen the ukranian soldier returning to his officers, who got this video
more prizes for russian servicemen with morale improvement . russian children will see this displayed for many years to come . they will never trust nato nations
this is just like the scene from the ‘lionheart’ starring van damme. bosnian guy is shouting: ‘ukrade nam džip, jebo mu pas mater!’
no need to take it back to the lab for further analysis. the lav is a piece of garbage like most nato armored vehicles.
still, you have to look at it. it’s not my idea, it’s in the book! look it up! sheeesh
as a humiliated americunt hillbilly i bitterly display my inferiority and desperation at sf
if only war could always be so funny !
