Started with protests in Daraa in 2011, the Syrian conflict rapidly turned into a war with a number of foreign powers supporting various militant groups (including al-Qaeda-linked) against the government of Bashar al-Assad. Since then, the country has been a point of instability in the Middle East.
Russia began a military intervention in Syria in 2015 after an official request by the Syrian government for military help against militant groups. This allowed the Syrian government to survive and to regain initiative in a battle against Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra, the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda), ISIS and other militant groups.
I said it months ago, they really had to cut off that large rebel sailliant aimed at Hama. It’s like a gun aimed at the city that the Jihadi’s just can’t resist not to use.
I have also said it.Capture Northern Hama . Rebels soon can have the ability to shell the city .Not attack just shelling .This is because of NDF . And it seems that TF are going again to Hama
They will probably attack Southern Aleppo villages, along with Latakia.
Taking advantage of the fact that SAA has majority of its best forces fighting ISIS hard to resit.
SAA cut off Deir Haffer Raqqa road physically. And NDF is failing again as usual in Hama .

Latakia have good forces .The last time rebels launched offensive they gained only one village at the end .All other they captured were taken by SAA https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016_Latakia_offensive
