interested in this front over next few weeks as the heavy rains kick in and the mud turns everything to bog. that said, i saw a few photos of russian armored vehicles with wider tracks and giant rolls of metal on the front. i recall a training exercise in 2017 where so called iron carpets were deployed and proved effective in areas where heavy mud was present. these rolls can have be 50-70meters in length from what i remember. interesting to see if used.
