looks like sumy oblast is being reliberated before dnepropetrovsk.
i didn’t think that would happen.
why ? dnepropetrovsk is more heavily defended than sumy, has lines of defense and fortifications. in fact, i’m pretty sure kharkov, kherson, and maybe even mykolaiv, will end up captured first.
