  • Russian strikes destroyed targets in the Kiev, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Chernihiv, Sumy, Odesa, Mykolayev, Kherson regions and the DPR;
  • According to the Ukrainian Air Force, on the night of July 31, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 255 strike UAVs;
  • Russian forces took control of Stenki in the DPR;
  • Russian forces took control of Verivka in the Kharkiv region;
  • Russian forces struck a dry cargo ship south of Odesa, along with fuel tanks and refinery workshops in the port;
  • Russian forces struck a Nova Poshta sorting facility used for AFU needs in Pidhorodne, Dnipropetrovsk region;
  • Russian forces struck the Terminal Autonomy drone plant (an American company producing AQ-400 Scythe and AQ-100 Bayonet drones);
  • Russian forces struck a temporary deployment point of the 65th AFU Mechanized Brigade in Orikhiv, Zaporizhzhia region;
  • Russian forces struck a temporary deployment point of the 30th AFU Mechanized Brigade in Slavyansk, DPR;
  • Russian forces struck an AFU stronghold in a forest belt near Ivashkino in the Kharkiv region;
  • The Russian MoD reported that over the week, 31 vessels used for AFU purposes were struck, including 23 dry cargo ships, four bulk carriers, two tugboats, a dredger, and a landing craft.
