- Russian strikes destroyed targets in the Kiev, Zhitomir, Kirovograd, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv, Odesa, Mykolayev, Cherkasy, Kherson regions, and the DPR;
- According to the Ukrainian Air Force, on July 24, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with five Kh-59/69 missiles, 180 strike UAVs (overnight), as well as three Iskander-M/S-400, two Oniks missiles, and over 90 UAVs (during the day);

- Russian forces struck fuel storage tanks in the port of Odesa, as well as port infrastructure, three warehouses for Magura USVs, equipment hangars, and a floating dock in the port of Izmail;
- Russian forces struck a dry cargo ship during unloading in the port of Mykolaiv;
- Russian forces struck a Nova Poshta cargo terminal in Izium, Kharkiv region;
- Russian forces struck an oil depot in Zhytomyr;
- Russian forces destroyed an AFU UAV warehouse in the village of Mykytivka, Sumy region;
- From July 18 to 24, Russian forces conducted one massed and 18 group strikes, hitting five ports and 27 vessels — including 16 dry cargo ships, 10 bulk carriers, and a container ship — used for AFU supplies.
