I believe the use of white phosphorous is legal. It also has been used by USA military in Iraq.
The US uses it as a weapon as do its proxies, in an illegal way, to harm civillians and as a chemical weapon against fighting forces. As a way to light up the night sky, it is excellent and in places were civillians are not wandering about, where it is not used as a chemical weapon, it is LEGAL.

YES that combat experience is valuable and makes the army stronger. Rotating the army and giving them rest and time off is possible and they can all get experience and learn their strengths and weaknesses. The command is also learning valuable lessons and Russia is improving over time. Kiev and mercenary forces are getting training and weaponry that is over their skill level to use and they are targeting civillians, no wonder they cannot win a war.

There are many that mis the fact that this is a substantial special military operation, but in reality is consuming less than a sixth of Russia capabilities without mobilisation. Russia seems intent to grind away with this small force and see how far it gets, having of course an option at any time to apply another 150,000 fresh troops at will. Indeed I have advocated that a second autonomous group could be applied in order to achieve various autonomous goals – take the black sea coast, take the east, cut off western borders… Indeed I notice Belarus is also reaching a higher state of readiness and indeed maybe they will also augment a new force to achieve very focused goals. Otherwise it may be the case that Russia, just grinds and grinds until it is through with the forces engaged on the Ukrainian side by mobilisation. Lisichansk fell exactly today, but after hohol NATO whore army received orders to retreat. 90% of the soldiers escaped and retreated to Seversk and Backhmut strong defensive line. Unless russians manage to cross somewhere the Seversk river just in the back of the Kiev nazi junta frontline, and maintain this bridgehead, the total liberation of DPR and with that entire Donbass, will last at least 3 months.
You can force conscripts to the line, but they won’t fight to hard.
