- On January 24, a Russian Il-76 military cargo aircraft was shot down by Ukrainian forces in the Belgorod region. 65 Ukrainian POWs, 6 members of the aircraft crew and 3 escorts were killed;
- Explosions thundered in the Dnepropetrovsk region;
- Russian strikes were reported in Kharkiv;
- Russian strikes were reported in Mirnograd;

- Clashes continued in the areas of Andreevka, Kleshcheevka, and Kurdyumovka;
- Russian artillery struck AFU’s 79th Air Assault Brigade near Novomikhailovka;
- Russian artillery struck AFU’s 33rd mechanised, 128th mountain assault brigades near Rabotino;
- Russian forces eliminated 175 servicemen, two battle tanks, five motor vehicles, one Giatsint-S gun, four Gvozdika artillery systems in the Kupyansk area;
- Russian forces eliminated 260 servicemen, two battle tanks, eight armoured vehicles, nine motor vehicles in the Krasny Liman area;

- Russian forces eliminated 105 servicemen, three motor vehicles, one FH-70 howitzer, one D-20 gun, one Gvozdika artillery system in the Southern Donetsk area;
- Russian forces eliminated 105 servicemen, one tank, three pickups, one Caesar artillery system, two howitzers in Zaporozhye region;
- Russian forces eliminated 60 Ukrainian servicemen, seven motor vehicles, and one ZU-23 anti-aircraft gun in Kherson region;
- Russian air defense systems shot down 51 Ukrainian drones over the past day;
- Russian air defense systems shot down eight HIMARS missiles and two Tochka-U tactical missile over the past day.
