- Russian strikes destroyed targets in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Chernihiv, Poltava regions and the DPR;

- On July 17, Russian forces struck two AFU unmanned surface vessels in the Black Sea and Yahorlyk Bay;
- Ukrainian losses amounted to approximately 1,540 troops over the past 24 hours.
