after watching the documentary russians at war by russian director anastasia trofimova. i actually feel sorry for the russians i realized they are just helpless victims. like in the documentary the medic driving the van stated: this war is like stagnant diarrhea. none of the soldiers get why the war is taking so long and would always ask anastasia for updates on the news rather russia is negotiating yet. i felt bad how in the documentary how all of the russian soldiers were crying.
part two:
russian director anastasia trofimova blamed the war machine or what americans would call the military industrial complex for the russian lives taken. and the soldiers sent into hopeless frontal assaults just to be destroyed before ever seeing a ukrainian face to face by drones and artillery. it was sad to see the trauma and how bad the soldiers cried in the documentary and off the cameras, they knew they were just cannon fodder.
