• On October 23, Boko Haram militants attacked a Nigerian military base in Katarko village in the Yobe State
• On October 20, Nigerian warplanes attacked 20 boats belonging to terrorists in the Tumbuns on the Lake Chad and at Malam Fatori region
• On October 18, Nigerian Army repelled an ambush by militants in Chabbal area. At least 25 militants were killed
