- On September 9, the SDF took control of Abu Hamam, Al-Kashkiyah, Gharanij, Al-Jardhi, and Abu Hardub without any clashes with Syrian tribes;
- The US-led coalition conducted 36 operations against ISIS in Syria and Iraq in August. As a result, 7 ISIS militants were killed and 25 others were arrested, according to the CENTCOM;
